How do I access my digital prints?

After making a purchase, you will receive an email from Etsy with the download information. (If you don't see the email come through, be sure to check your Spam, Trash, Social, and Promotions inboxes. You may also try searching for transaction@etsy.com.) Alternatively, if you have an Etsy account, you can access your download by clicking 'Your Account' (top right corner of the page), ‘Purchases and reviews,' and then ‘Download Files’ (to the right of your order). You can also copy and paste this link: www.etsy.com/your/purchases. ***Please make sure to use a web browser (vs. the mobile app) to download your files, as this is a requirement by Etsy.

Can I have a file size that is not listed?

Yes - simply purchase the existing listing and send me a message with the size you are looking to get and I will send you a file back usually within within 48 hours!

How can I print my file?

For best results, print on high-quality paper - at least 300 gr textured paper with a matte or satin finish. I recommend that you bring the file to a small business photo shop or a chain like FedEx, Costco, Walgreens, CVS, Office Max, Staples, etc. and have them print it. They normally print it super fast. You can also upload the print online and have it shipped to you. Alternatively, you can use an online printing service such as Printful.com, shutterfly.com, mpix.com, etc.
