Custom and personalized orders

Personalized items are non-refundable. If there is an error on my part, I will fix and resend the corrected item at no cost to the customer. Please contact me if there is a problem! If an order has to be returned, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping.

Refunds are not issued due to delayed or misdelivered packages. When a package has been marked as delivered, I am not responsible for replacing the item. If you are having trouble with your package, please let me know and I will gladly contact the post office. If packages are returned due to an insufficient address, the buyer is responsible to pay to have the package reshipped to the correct address. I do not offer refunds for packages that have been returned due to an incorrect address.

If you have received your order and it was damaged by USPS, you must contact me within 48 hours of delivery. A photo is required. Claims have to be made within 48 hours of tracking marked delivered for consideration of repair and/or replacement. No exceptions.

These will fit most 12" elves or dolls. You will have to clip the hands apart to the sweater on. They are made to fit snug. The best way to put this sweater on is to slip it over the feet first, not the head. You may need to attach safety pins to the hands to make it easier to get the sleeve on or use a pair of tweezers to pull the arm through.
