How do I download my files?

Etsy has info here: https://www.etsy.com/help/article/3949 You can find them under my purchases on the etsy website. Downloading files does not work in the app. You have to use the website.

Can you email me the files?

No, I do not email files. If you are logged into your Etsy account when you purchase, the files will be in your "Purchases" section. If you checkout as a "guest" Etsy will email you a link to your files. You must save your files to your device.

Can I return my digital files?

Etsy does not allow for returns of digital items. I will NOT refund files that have been downloaded. However, if you have a problem with your order, contact me by email right away, and I'll do my best to help. You will only receive the files that are listed with the order. If you accidently bought an item twice (it happens) then I will have no problem refunding you I you can provide me with order numbers.

Do you have instructions for my item?

I have a YouTube channel with instruction videos. You can find the link in the about the store section under 'shop website'

Can I use your images commercially?

You can use my images to make physical products to sell. You are not allowed to resell the digital files in any way.
