This is a purchase for a DIGITAL FILE no physical product will be send.

To personalize you will need to be able to use some form of design software that you know how to use. WE DO NOT PROVIDE DESIGN TRAINING

These can also be sized up or down to fit different sizes. Sublimation generally requires the use of sublimation equipment, as well as special inks and components. You will need to know how to use your printer as we cannot issue a refund if the image does not press well because of a user error. If there is any problem with any of the designs, please reach out so we can help.

Please keep in mind that colors can differ from computer to computer and printer to printer, as well as depending on the inks and substrates used. Due to these circumstances, we will not issue a refund for minor color variations. Please contact me if you have any problems.
