Important Rules and Precautions 1. Initially, avoid wearing leather items with light-colored clothing. 2. Do not wipe leather with wet cloths. 3. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and sunlight.

Tips for Caring for Crazy Horse Leather

1. Clean the leather properly Use a dry cloth or cellulose tissue to remove scratches, dirt, and excess moisture from the leather. If a dry cloth doesn't work, use a cleaning spray specifically designed for natural leather. 2. Allow the leather to breathe Avoid storing leather items in closed plastic bags. 3. Treat the leather with care products Over time, Crazy Horse leather products develop a unique "vintage" look. We recommend periodically treating them with cream or wax to enhance this effect and maintain the leather's softness. Note: Excessive use of products meant to preserve leather's softness can lead to over-softening and loss of shape in Crazy Horse leather products.

Do you have hardware in a different color?

Yes, of course. Currently, our brand's hardware is in antique color (old gold), but you can also choose hardware in silver color.

Can I return the item?

In most cases, you should be able to return your order without any problems. Exceptions may only apply to individual or personalized orders.

You can return your purchases within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is kept in its original condition. According to the law, you can return items that do not meet your expectations or have defects caused by the manufacturer. If the products are in good condition, the buyer will cover the incurred expenses. Defects include cases where: - The product is not in the color you ordered. - The product is not in the size you ordered. - Personal engraving, embossing, or printing is not as you specified.

When placing an individual order for a product and making individual modifications to the standard item from the SensGoodsGifts collection, you can make changes such as altering the size, modifying the product's structure, adding external or internal pockets, handles, using non-standard materials or equipment during the production of the individual order. You can also combine different leather colors in a single product, apply individual embossing or engraving on the product, and add an individual print to the product as desired by the customer.

If taxes were paid at the time of purchase, you are not required to pay them again upon delivery. Should any issues arise, simply present your payment invoice to the customs office as proof. Our support team is always available to help you resolve any customs-related questions.
