THIS IS HOW YOUR ORDER WORKS:
1. Choose your desired size and optionally an ink pad.
Please note: This item does not include logo design. The images are for illustrative purposes only – we need your OWN LOGO and will NOT design a logo for you.
2. Upload your logo in the file upload.
The following formats are accepted: PDF/SVG/EPS/AI/JPEG with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
- Attention: If possible, please send your logo as a pure black and white file.
- Please convert all fonts to outlines when sending us a vector graphic.
- Depending on the font, do not set the text smaller than 6pt; for script and decorative fonts, use a larger size.
Note: Due to production limitations, the design is always approximately 2 mm smaller than the stamp size. Please keep this in mind when selecting your size and send us a message if your logo requires a specific size. Otherwise, we will adjust it to the largest possible size on the stamp. We also offer other stamp sizes not listed here. Please contact us if you require a different size.
3. If there's something wrong with your file, we'll contact you by email. Changes may cause a shipping delay. However, if everything is correct, your stamp will go into production as quickly as possible.
We lovingly craft our personalized stamps and hope our products will do good. Please note that we do not produce texts containing violent, discriminatory, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate content – this simply does not align with our company philosophy. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Thank you for your understanding!

Very happy with my logo stamp. Communication was easy via the site, questions were answered quickly and clearly and delivery was fast. Happy with the selection of ink colors; I was able to choose one that closely matched what I was hoping for. The wooden stamp itself had a little imperfection on the corner but this does not affect the funtion. It stamps beautifully.
