Due to the nature of the digital items I sell, I do not provide refunds or exchanges as the products can’t be returned once purchased. it is your duty to make sure to always read the full description on each and every item before finalizing your purchase.

Can I resell elements from a logo, a logo itself, or use your template to create a logo for a client?

You may not resell, share, giveaway, or extract any elements from any template, logo, or branding set. You may not resell my logos or designs as they are for your personal use only. The purchaser MUST be the client. You are not allowed to purchase a logo and use the Canva platform to edit the logo for a client(s) or someone else. All access will be revoked and you will not be refunded.

Design/product usage:

All products and designs are copyrighted by Aretha Designz. You may not under any circumstances resell any designs/products created by Aretha Designz. This includes any listing photos and designs, social media flyer templates, lash labels, marketing cards, web banners, branding sets, clipart/artwork, Instagram highlight covers, instagram story templates, pre-made templates within the Canva platform, DIY logos, business cards/loyalty cards, forms, and price lists. You are not allowed to claim my designs as your own or resell them to your own clients. All access to the Canva platform will be revoked and you will not receive a refund.
