What is your turn around time?

All ready to ship items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. For custom orders, turn around time varies per item, but on average it takes about a week to complete custom orders and send out for shipment. Shipping times vary based on package, but I ship via USPS first class or priority (whichever is cheaper). If you need an item quickly, please contact me before you place your order to see if I am able to rush an order (due to some seasons being busier than others there are times that I may not be able to rush an order).

Do you offer local pick ups?

Yes! For Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky locals, you can use the code LOCALPICKUP at checkout for free shipping. I will then coordinate with you via message on Etsy to coordinate pick up date, time and location!

Do you take custom orders?

Absolutely! If you can dream it, I will do it! Please message me on Etsy or email me at 139made@gmail.com to discuss your idea. It is extremely important for me to explain that any custom orders that are sent by sending a photo of someone else's work will not be taken as I will not copy another artists work. If you are inspired by a photo, but want to add personal touches to make it uniquely distinct from the other artists' piece, I would be happy to help you develop that idea! As an artist, I will always seek to support other artists' unique talents and original pieces with integrity.

How much is shipping?

Shipping varies per item, please refer to the listing for shipping details.

Do you accept returns?

I do not accept returns or exchanges of any items in my shop. It is the buyer's responsibility to read item descriptions before purchasing, as I work really hard to ensure items are described with detail so you know what to expect. However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect order, please send me photos and I will replace your item with a gift and ship it to you at NO cost. If it needs to be rushed due to time sensitivity, I will also cover that cost.

Do you offer replacements for damaged products?

If a product arrives damaged through shipment, I will always replace it at no cost to you. If you damage your product on accident or it becomes damaged through wear and tear, I am happy to offer a replacement if I have the stock available, but at a cost for materials, time and shipping. Please message me if you ever need to replace an item.

DISCLAIMER:
-These are SMALL (between 1 and 1.5 inch in total height). Please keep out of reach from pets and young children as they can be a choking hazard. We recommend placing them on the middle or top hinges of your doors so that little kids and pets cannot reach them.

*please note: these hinge toppers do NOT work on rounded hinge heads which are often found in old homes. They may also not work on aluminum hinges, which you can test by taking a magnet and seeing if it sticks to your hinge pin.

Other ways to display these if they don’t work on your hinges:
