Are your items made to order?

Yes. All items in our shop are made to order and produced specifically for each customer. Production times may vary, especially during high-demand periods or holidays. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be modified or canceled. Shipping address changes can be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, changes may not be possible, as the order may already be in production.

What should I know if I’m ordering a gift?

If you are purchasing an item as a gift, please allow ample time for production and shipping. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date, including birthdays, holidays, or special events. Delays caused by production timelines or shipping carriers do not qualify for refunds if the order is still in transit.

Do you guarantee delivery dates?

No. Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your order is shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier (USPS or other shipping partners).

What happens if my order is delayed?

Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or high-demand periods are beyond our control. Orders marked as “In Transit” are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

When is a package considered lost?

A package is considered lost only when: - The carrier officially confirms it as lost, or - There has been no delivery or tracking update for 30 days after shipment. Refunds or replacements will not be issued before this period.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our items are customized and printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we are happy to offer a free replacement if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

Can I cancel my order?

No. Cancellations are not accepted, as all items are made to order.
