Good question! Orders may be shipped via UPS, USPS Priority mail, USPS Next day delivery or USPS First Class based on our discretion. Generally speaking, ground delivery usually takes around 5 business days to reach your doorstep once the package has left our facility. SHIPPING RATES SHOWN ARE VALID FOR THE 48 CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are subject to higher shipping rates. Please do contact us first for a shipping quote prior to placing an order if delivery will be outside the 48 continental United States.

I need my order ASAP... What are my options?

If your event date is nearing, please contact us before placing an order. It may be necessary to upgrading the shipping method to Air. If you do not notify us before placing an order of your nearing event date, we will process it under normal production timelines. We will not be held liable for orders arriving after your event date if you do not provide advance notice. No worries though - we can usually handle rush orders.
