What yarn is used for crocheted items?

Crochet items are made using a selection of Aran, Double Knit or Chunky weight yarns in a selection of fibre types from Acrylic, wool, cotton or mixed fibres. Please refer to individual listings for full details for that specific item. If you have any allergies however, please do feel free to message me to discuss your need further.

How do I care for my crocheted item?

Each item will be sent with care instructions, in general most items should be suitable to be hand washed or machine washed below 30 degrees. If your item is not suitable to be washed this will be advised. With regards to scarves, hats and blanket please ensure items are dried flat to prevent any stretching on stitches. Crocheted items are not suitable for tumble drying. Please refrain from ironing your crocheted item. Individual care instructions are detailed on each listing.

How long will my crochet item take to be delivered?

All crocheted items are made to order as such delivery is usually within 2 weeks however during season period such as Christmas the delivery time can take longer. Full details of delivery terms are available on each listing.

Do you have different delivery options

Yes, delivery is usually made through Royal Mail and options such as Tracked delivery can be chosen on each listing. During period of Royal Mail strike action delivery may change to an alternative provider. If this is the case it will be advised on the listing.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes when purchasing Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 or using Special Delivery you will be provided with a tracking number on you dispatch notification.

Do Hot Water Bottles confirm to all Health and Safety requirements?

Yes all hot water bottles conform to BS 1970:2012. Each Hot Water Bottle will be sent with a care card and directions of use. Please ensure these details are retained for future reference.
