To access your digital files via your account, Sign in to Etsy.com (never use the Etsy app on a mobile device) and go to “Your account”. Go to " Purchases and Reviews." Click the Download Files button next to the order. This opens the Downloads page with all the order-related files. Back to the item's listing page will allow you to see the "Instant Download" notice that appears on the item's images. There are no restrictions on when or how often you can download a file. In most circumstances, if the transaction hasn't been canceled or withdrawn, you can view a file at any moment on your Purchases page. The Download Files button will appear grey while your payment is still being processed.
