Is this a physical embroidery kit?

No. All patterns in my shop are digital products. You will receive an electronic cross-stitch pattern that you can download and start working on. This format makes the pattern accessible to customers all over the world - no shipping is required, and you can keep your files and use them whenever you’re ready to stitch.

How can I print my pattern?

You can print your files at home if you have a printer. If you don’t have one, you can simply visit any local copy or print shop. They can help you print the files in the format and size you need.

My files didn’t download. What should I do?

Don’t worry! ❤️ Just send me a private message and I’ll be happy to help you. If necessary, I can resend your files directly to your email address. We’ll definitely find a solution — it’s not a problem at all!

Does the price depend on the size of the pattern?

No! In my shop, you are paying for the pattern creation service, not for the size of the finished pattern. You can choose the project you want, and the price shown in the listing is fixed. There will be no additional charge later based on the size of your pattern.

What kind of embroidery threads should I use?

My patterns are designed using standard DMC threads. Each pattern includes a separate page with the DMC color palette you will need for your project, making it easy to find and purchase the right colors.

Do you only create patterns from photographs?

Not at all! ❤️ You can come to me with almost any idea — you don’t necessarily need to have a photo. Whether you have a specific concept, a drawing, a combination of ideas, or simply something you’ve imagined and would love to turn into embroidery, we can create your project together. I’ll work with you to bring your idea to life and create a personalized pattern that matches your vision
