How long does it take to process and ship orders?

All of our icons are made to order with great care and attention to detail. Processing time usually takes between 3–7 business days, depending on the season and the size or quantity of your order. Once your order is ready, it will be carefully packaged and shipped, and you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging.
