What is the shipping process for your items?

The times for products vary, please check the listing to see how long it is. All physical products are shipped through USPS (no international shipping, sorry!). I occasionally ship on Saturdays, but there is a chance I may not be able to. Important: I do NOT purchase the label for any products until they are finished and ready to mail! The label purchase means I will be mailing your order that same day.

My USPS tracking number hasn't updated!

If your tracking number is not updating, such as it saying it's still awaiting the item, please know that it's a known issue with USPS and that they may have not scanned the package before sending it your way or have glitches in the tracking. Certain events like the holidays, elections, or weather may cause your package to be delayed from the delivery eta too and also cause the package to not get regular updates on the tracking. I highly recommend ordering anything during the holidays in advance to avoid those issues!

General 3d Print Information

Products are printed with mainly ABS filaments! Because they are 3d printed, layer lines or minor imperfections are possible on your piece due to the printing process. You may see on these the infill pattern inside; this is not a defect, it's how it's printed to have the best results! **Please note that colors may slightly differ than in the images!**

How do I download my digital item?

One way is that it is emailed to your email address, where you can download it there. If you don't see it it's possible it went to your spam folder. Another option is to go to your Etsy account, then go to purchases and reviews. Next to the order, select download files. This will go to the downloads page where you can download it. The digital items are in zip folders you will need to unzip. In the font files, there will be instructions to install the font if you are having trouble with it.
