WHY IS MY SHIP DATE SO FAR OUT?

WHERE IS MY ORDER, WHY HASN'T IT SHIPPED YET? All of our items in our shop have their own processing timelines. You can find this information in the SHIPPING + RETURN POLICY column in the item's description. If your order is able to ship sooner than originally expected, you will receive a message update from us in your Etsy inbox. If you received an e-mail with item tracking information, please make sure you have read all notes that may be included in that e-mail. This may inform you that your order is held to ensure the plants are stable enough for transport, or so that we can include items in your order from new stock arriving to us.

PLANT PACKAGING + HANDLING

PLANT PACKAGES ‣ The plant will be packed and shipped with love (the way I want to receive it). However, once shipped, I won’t be held responsible for how the weather, shipping delays, or mishandling of the carrier affect your plants. I have no control what happens to the plant once it leaves my hands. ‣ Please note that USPS does not guarantee arrival dates of packages. I cannot guarantee delivery times, but provide estimates as provided by the carrier. I do not take responsibility for any shipment delays. ‣ Orders are shipped to the delivery address entered by the buyer when the order was placed. Please ensure your delivery details are correct. I am unable to redirect packages or process any refunds once shipped.

The buyer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged, stolen and/or lost shipments. If your order is 48 hours passed the expected delivery date, please contact your local mail carrier or post office to file a claim. I cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states that the package has been delivered to your order address. I am unable to provide refunds or replacements for missing packages. I am not responsible for packages that are stolen from your doorstep/porch or parcel locker that were delivered by the carrier.

‣ If you live in a cold area of the country and you need a heat pack shipped with your plant they can be ordered separately in our store (72 hours) which covers Priority Mail time 2-3 days. ‣ The buyer is responsible to be aware of their temperatures during shipping. If the temps are below 45 we recommend a heat pack as packages can sit in cold warehouses of the shipping carrier which is out of our control. ‣ Again we can not be held responsible to cold damage of your plant as we do not have any control over the care of the box once it leaves our hands.

LIVE PLANT GUARANTEE (Under These Conditions Listed Below) ‣ Temperature are between 45F - 95F. ‣ Unboxing video sent within 2 hours of delivery via message to seller on Etsy. ‣ Package was not late or mishandled by the courier. (Heat packs are available in our store. Add one if you are concerned of the cold in your area.) We have temperature standards and if your location is below 45F we cannot Guarantee the plant.

Shipping & Lost Package Policy

Shipping & Lost Package Policy We ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance (up to $100). USPS is responsible for transit times and tracking updates. Tracking may remain on “Acceptance Pending” until your package reaches a distribution center. This is normal and does not mean it hasn’t shipped. USPS does not consider Priority Mail lost until 15 days after shipment. If there’s no update or delivery by then, we will: Open a Missing Mail search. File an insurance claim if needed. Arrange a replacement or refund after USPS confirms loss or the claim process begins. Thank you for your patience and for supporting our small business!
