Custom and personalized orders

Once we receive your information on custom or personalization, we will usually ship out your bracelet, necklace or accessory within 1-2 business days. Customization of our glass charm bracelets: We can help create the perfect customized bracelet for you or as a gift. Please keep in mind that the charms are quite small – 9/16" in diameter, which is a little smaller than a dime. Twelve characters or less works best for charms with color and bold or script text. We can fit around 14-16 words maximum using our smallest text font – but keep in mind this is quite small, and this text must be solid black on a light background color.

Many of our glass charm bracelets are available in multiple sizes. If the bracelet you like is not available in your size, please contact us and we'll create something custom for you. Our Classic 6-charm bracelets have 16mm charms and are 7-1/2" length with chain extender to adjust the size up to 8-3/4" Our Twist-Edge bracelets have either round or square 16mm charms and are 7-1/2" length with three-ring extender to adjust the size up to 8-3/4" Silver-plated bracelet sizing: FITS MOST GIRLS & SMALLER WRISTS: Our 6 charm silver-plated bracelet is 6.75" - 7.75" FITS MOST ADULTS & LARGER WRISTS: Our 7 charm silver-plated bracelet is 7.5" - 8.5" Please measure your wrist and choose the size that will fit best.

Leather and Stainless Steel Engraved Bracelets: We have our Italian leather and stainless steel bracelets laser-engraved through a local vendor. Because of costs for set up we cannot create custom bracelets at this time.

Our charm bracelets and necklaces comes in a lavender organza bag – ready for gift giving. If you are sending your order as a gift, please let us know and we will send a gift receipt – which can include a personalized note from you!

Taking care of your glass charm bracelet, necklace or accessory will ensure that it will last a long time. Avoid wearing during strenuous activity—don't wear during sports or while working out. The glass may chip, or come loose. Our products are not waterproof! Avoid getting wet. To clean—buff with a microfiber cloth. You can clean silver-plated jewelry with a liquid, non-abrasive silver cleaner – just be sure to only get the liquid on the metal parts. If liquid seeps into the space between the glass and metal, it can ruin the charm design(s). The best way to do this is to dampen a microfiber cloth with silver polish and rub it over the silver.

We want you to be happy with your ScriptCharms purchase! We will gladly offer exchanges on non-custom jewelry items within 14 days of delivery. (***Note: Because our jewelry making charms are at wholesale pricing, we do not offer exchanges on our charms.) To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Defective or broken items

Defective or broken products must be returned within 14 days. We will fix or replace your product. Contact us to receive a return label.
