What should I do, if I cannot download my purchase?

Your purchase was successful! You need to go to the full Etsy website (not the app Etsy). You can do that on the iPad - just open the Safari app on your iPad and log into the full Etsy website. Then, you can go to your purchases page in your Etsy account and it will show a big download button. If you have any problems, you can always message me on Etsy.

Where can I find my purchased files?

How can I leave a review?

Go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews Find the item you want to review. Click the star rating you want to give next to Review this item.
