It's very important that you're happy with the map design so I show a digital proof via Etsy message (proofing times vary depending on the season, please see listing's Shipping section for detailed info) and at that time modifications can be made to make sure you're happy with the design before I print it.

To order, simply add the item to the cart and let me know in the Personalization section during Etsy checkout: 1 - The worldwide city to be featured 2 - Optional caption (names, quote, a date, etc) to go under the map image. - Frames are not included (all prints are sold unframed).

How long does it take? What's the turnaround time?

Turnaround on Custom Print orders: Proofing times vary (within 3 business days most of the time) depending on the season. Please see listing's Shipping section for detailed info. At proofing time modifications can be made and once approved the design is printed and shipped within one business day.

The gift is wonderful and of very high quality! Unfortunately the package took quite a while to get to my niece's home as it only arrived last night. But that is due to USPS not the vendor. We are delighted with the gift.
