Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

Because digital products are available shortly after purchase, they are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please contact me through Etsy Messages if a file is missing, damaged, difficult to access, or significantly different from the listing description. I am happy to help with genuine file or download issues.

Will I receive a physical product?

No physical product will be mailed. All products in this shop are digital downloads unless a listing specifically states otherwise. You can download the files and print them at home, through your school or workplace, or with a professional printing service.

How do I download my purchase?

Sign in to Etsy using a web browser and go to Your Account, then Purchases and Reviews. Find your order and select Download Files. Etsy currently does not support digital downloads through the Etsy app. Please use a mobile browser or computer instead. Guest buyers can use the download link included in their Etsy receipt email.

Why did I receive a PDF containing a link?

Some editable templates and larger bundles are delivered through a PDF containing a clickable Canva or Google Drive access link. Open the PDF, select the link, and follow the included instructions to access your files.

How may I use my purchase?

Unless the listing specifically includes commercial-use rights, purchases are intended for personal use, one classroom, one school or organization, or one event, as applicable. Digital files, templates, graphics, and access links may not be resold, shared, redistributed, uploaded to shared drives, or provided to another person or organization. Please review the individual listing for any product-specific licensing terms.

Are all products editable, and do I need Canva Pro?

Only products clearly labeled editable can be customized. Some templates allow text changes only, while others may include additional editing options. Printable PDF crafts and activities are generally not editable. Most Canva templates work with a free Canva account unless the listing states otherwise. Please review the listing description and images to confirm what can be edited and whether Canva is required.

Really lovely design and perfect for our Autumn learning. I cut it out and my daughter who is 2.5yrs and managed to copy most of it. This could definitely be used with much older children too who are able to cut it out themselves :) I recommend this seller she is lovely and I will definitely be back :)
