My item came in a strange package?

In order to keep our shipping costs down, we often reuse or recycle boxes or packaging materials. Its our part of keeping our prices cheaper for you and better for the environment! We also encourage you to save and reuse packaging. They could come useful during gift seasons!

General Shipping Questions

* Please make sure that you have placed your order to the correct delivery address. Re-shipping costs due to customer error are the buyer’s responsibility, and I am more than happy to assist you in that process if possible. * It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a reliable address for proper delivery. Packages left out in the open or in highly visible places, on top of mailboxes, in communal spaces such as apartment hallways, etc. are at a higher risk of theft and should be factored in when choosing a shipping address. * In the event of an unsuccessful delivery by the mail carrier, it is the buyer’s responsibility to work with the local carrier in possession of their package to retrieve it, arrange a pick-up or re-delivery, etc.

* Please keep track of the estimated delivery day as well as the mail carrier GPS or tracking/processing updates so that you know when it may be delivered and when it’s available to retrieve from its delivered location. * A package marked as “delivered” to the order receipt address (placed in the order as the delivery address) by the mail carrier will not be replaced or refunded because USPS does not accept claims for delivered items.
