How do the digital templates work?

After you purchase, you'll get an email from Templett with a link to your template. You can edit it, save your work and download it whenever you're ready. Every template listing also has a free demo link so you can try it before you buy (saving and downloading are turned off in the demo).

What can I change in a template?

You can edit the text, font, font color and background color, and most templates let you add your own photos. The size and orientation usually stay fixed, and some artwork may be locked.

How should I print my template?

You can print at home, at a local print shop, or online. For best results, use card stock that's at least 100 lb. If you want it done for you, I recommend Prints of Love. My link gives you free shipping and envelopes, and the code BLISSPAPERIE10 takes 10% off orders of $49 or more: https://printsoflove.com/ref/BlissPaperieBoutique

Can I use a template for more than one event?

Each purchase is for one event. You're welcome to make as many edits and test downloads as you need for that event.

How do I personalize my order?

Fill in the personalization box on the listing exactly as you'd like it to appear, with names, dates and spelling just right. If something doesn't fit in the box, or you'd like a different color, just send me a message after you order.

Will I see a proof before you make my order?

I don't send proofs before production, so please double-check your spelling and dates when you order. I look over every order by hand, and once it goes to print I'll send you a copy of your final design so you can see exactly what's being made.

How long until my order ships?

Everything is made to order in 2 to 5 business days and ships from the USA. You'll see the estimated delivery date on the listing before you check out.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Every item is made just for you, so I can't accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or with a printing mistake, message me within 7 days of delivery with a photo and I'll make it right.

What if my package is late, lost or stolen?

Once your order ships, it's in the carrier's hands, and you'll get tracking as soon as it leaves. If something looks off with your delivery, message me and I'll help you get in touch with the carrier.

Will my order arrive in time for the holidays?

I can promise the date your order ships, but I can't promise when the carrier delivers it, especially in December when every carrier is running behind. Ordering early is the safest way to have it in hand for the big day.
