The product never arrived. The seller deceived me a second time.

Response from Neslihan

Dear Giulia, all my customers who shop with me know what I do for them. I suspect you are a competitor. You made two small purchases from me, and the packages couldn't be delivered due to an incorrect address. I sent you hundreds of messages, but you didn't respond. Each time, the package was returned. You gave me the wrong address. Two shipping companies couldn't reach you despite their best efforts. Despite this, I gave you a full refund. I wish you a merciful and kind heart from God.
