Custom and personalized orders

I LOVE custom orders! If you have any design in mind that you don't see please contact me and we'll work from there.

For all sizes Newborn to 24 Months I use Just One You by Carters Bodysuits , they are 100% cotton and great quality. Please make sure you take a look at my Bodysuit Size Chart before you order. For Girl Toddler shirts sizes 2T, 3T, 4T, & 5T I use different brands including Cat & Jack, Children's Place T-shirts, Circo, & Jumping Beans depending on what I have in stock. Toddler t-shirts vary slightly in style depending on the brand. Due to limited pictures allowed per listing we can't post every brand, but if you'd like to see the t-shirts we have in stock before ordering please message us and we'll be happy to send that over. If you have questions please message me.

Wash bodysuits and T-shirts inside out on Gentle cycle and machine dry. Spot clean headbands and tutu bloomers. Hand wash tumblers and cups.

Sometimes when multiple items are in your cart the shipping cost might be miscalculated, in those cases I do refund shipping overages once the order is placed and I can determine the correct shipping cost. If you are concerned or unsure about anything please contact me and I will be happy to help.

My package shipped but I haven't received it yet

Once you're package ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you chose standard shipping even though it usually takes 3-5 days, it could take longer during the holidays or bad weather conditions. Priority shipping usually takes 2-3 days. If this time has passed and you still haven't received your package please contact your local post office and they will be able to assist you and determine what is causing the delay. Once I hand over your package to the post office, unfortunately I can't control what happens to it and I'm not responsible for any loss or damage. If you would like to insure your package against loss or damage please add the 'shipping insurance' listing to your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Since all items are made to order, we cannot offer exchanges or returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Did I make a mistake? I am sorry, unfortunately mistakes can happen. Please message me within 3 days of receiving your package (at the latest), and send me a clear picture of the item showing the error, I will immediately send out the correct item as originally placed in the order. I will not refund the order. In some cases I might provide a return label and ask the wrong item to be returned to me before I can replace it. I cannot provide a refund for damages, delays and losses caused by the courier. Please purchase the shipping insurance listing if you'd like to insure your package.
