How soon do you ship?

All our items are made to order. Orders are usually shipped within 4-6 business days.

We don’t take any returns or exchanges on our items because we custom print them once they are ordered but we want all of our customers to love their items. Please reach out to us if a size doesn't fit or there is something wrong with your order. We'll make it right.

Have multiple items in your order?

Sometimes orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled through separate packages. This happens when we are able to fulfill a part of your order earlier than the rest and we would like you to receive the ready items as soon as possible! So, we ask you to wait for at least 1-2 more weeks for your remaining items to arrive, before contacting us for missing items.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, you must let us know within 2 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order.
