Downloading troubles, what to do?

For digital items there can not be returns or exchanges or cancellations, but if you would have difficulties downloading purchased item, please contact me, so I will help you.

Etsy organizes all in very simple way, just follow the path, you can pay with your credit card or PayPal. After your payment is finished, instantly will open files for download. Also email you will receive from Etsy with link to files for download. In case you don't find Etsy email in your inbox, check your spam folder, could end up there.

Resolution and format of digital files

Resolution of all items in my shop is 300 dpi, but could be 600 dpi if I have chance to scan product on my personal scanner which support 600 dpi or higher resolution. For you this means highest possible quality. Example are my postage stamps, which are part of my private collection, 40 years old collection. I scanned postage stamps at 600 dpi, so each stamp is crystal clear and can be viewed every detail of each stamp on full screen, and each stamp can be therefore printed as single on full size page. Format that I mostly use for my items are JPG and PDF, which is suitable for home and professional printers. PNG format is JPG with transparent background. PNG I use if item is clip art that you will use for your collage design.

Colors on your screen and printer

Please note that the colors may be slightly different on your screen depending on its calibration and print quality depends on the printer and paper you use. My screens and printers are calibrated by professional. I also was professional in graphic design for large offset printing companies where I learned all about colors, formats, vectors, graphics, printers and digital design. If your screen or printer show large difference in colour, maybe you can ask someone to set the colours, or you go to print in professional print studio. Even professional print studios have different quality, colors or papers for printing. Pick the best for you. If you print at home, select highest quality printing, to get better results.
