I am not responsible for the results if a design is resized or converted to another format. I cannot be responsible for the end result of stitched out designs when varied textiles are used. My settings are for a heavy cotton. If you want another fabric setting just send me your file extension in a message and the size and I will be happy to do so. There may be a small fee. Although many different types and weights of fabrics with the proper stabilizers can be used in stitching out my embroidery designs. I recommend always doing a test stitch out on the same type fabric with a like stabilizer that you intend to use for the final product. If there are problems I will work with you to fix them.

FRenee2embrodiery offers a downloadable product in the form of machine embroidery software. This product is available to you immediately upon receipt of payment. Due to the nature of a virtual product, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. It is your responsibility to observe the sizing of designs to insure compatibility with your machine.

My designs are digitized embroidery designs and monogram fonts. They are not a finished product that will be mailed to you.
You have to have an embroidery machine to work with these files and a way to transfer the files from your computer to your embroidery machine.

Please be sure that you have the proper software and hardware necessary to get the design on to your embroidery machine and stitched out. You need to unzip the files prior to being opened in your software.

There is one spot on the gymnast where the stitching isn’t as close as the rest of the item. At first I thought it was where I changed the machine speed l, but it was the same when I stitched it again. Overall it is a great item and the seller is very fast in responding. I would buy from her again.
