Returns and Damaged Items

We do not accept returns as our maps are made-to-order. If your order was damaged during shipment let us know and we'll send a replacement free of charge. We'll need pictures of the package, the internal packaging, and pictures of the damaged item for insurance claim purposes.

Do you provide proofs?

For our golf map products, we provide proofs on request. For our hole in one products, we send a proof prior to production. Note that asking for a proof can add 2-4 business days to the whole process to account for any communication delays back and forth. Note, in the case of golf maps, we've designed over 3000+ golf courses to date and made over 10,000+ maps for customers. We have great processes to find, design and get the details of course. For our non map products, we also do not send proofs as these products have fast turnaround times and are often processed before we read or a customer replies to our messages. If you have any questions regarding a product, please reach out prior to ordering. All personalized orders are final.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

Yes, we offer wholesaling opportunities and bulk discounts for events, tournaments and resale. Please contact us for more information.

What if my order arrives damaged?

While damages are rare, they do happen in the world of ecommerce and shipping. Please reach out to us immediately and let us know what is damages (the art, the frame, both). Please save all the packaging as we'll request 2-3 photos of the damages goods, 2-3 photos of the exterior packaging and 2-3 photos of the interior packaging. We need these photos to submit insurance claims with the shipping companies. We will replace any and all damaged goods that happen because of shipping negligence.

Each map is thoughtfully designed to capture the most important details of the course, creating a conversation piece that adds a touch of elegance to any room. Keep in mind, this style of map is minimalist in nature for a simple yet beautiful design. Only fairways, greens and water are included in these designs.

NOTE: We can add additional text (date played, wedding date, the score you shot, icons (house markers), and other personal customizations for an additional fee. We can also do courses that are 27 holes, 36 holes, etc. 27 and 36-hole courses require a fee for the additional design and build work needed. Please contact us for additional customizations.

Each map comes assembled and ready to hang with hanging hardware and bumpers to provide elegant spacing on the wall.

Please keep in mind that these are handmade, wood pieces of art. We manually inspect and select each piece of wood before building. With that said, wood has different grains, knots, and hues. This is what helps make each course unique.

Our maps are designed using the latest GIS and satellite imagery. They are 100% to scale and 99.9% accurate (we have missed a hidden tee box from time-to-time).

Because our maps are 100% to scale, this can cause some courses' holes to be smaller. Courses that cover a large amount of acreage require us to 'zoom out' when designing the course.

For International Orders to Europe and Worldwide, we can only ship our 16x20 size for a $25 fee. If you'd like our larger sizes, the shipping fee will be the responsibility of the customer.
