Do you accept exchanges or returns?

Due to the nature of the product being made to order, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives poorly printed, damaged, defective or is not the size ordered, i.e. it was mislabeled. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if the incorrect item is received so we can evaluate the problem and correct it. ATTENTION! It is not possible to exchange an item for a different size or color. If you are not sure which size would fit you, please check our size charts: we have one for each item in the product images. How long will it take for my product to arrive?
