Can I have a refund on digital products?

Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds on digital downloads as these are instant downloads. If you feel you have received the wrong product or have technical issues with the download, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Can i use your prints commercially to sell on items in my shop?

My prints are for personal use only. You are unable to resell or use commercially any art from bought from this shop.

I cannot find my download

If you have purchased signed in, you can find your download under the purchases and reviews section from your main etsy profile. If you have purchased as a guest, you will be send an email with your downloads

I am not sure of the printing process, what do I need to do?

Here is a little step by step to help you: Within your files, you will receive different ratios. You can check these against the sizing chart to see which ratio you would need. From here, you can download to your device. You can then choose to either print at home, use an online printing service or go to an in person print store. I would like a size that you do not offer. Can i request one?

A 3:4 ratio file for printing:
6” x 8” / 9” x 12” / 12” x 16” / 18” x 24”

A 4:5 ratio file for printing:
4” x 5” / 8” x 10” / 12” x 15” / 16” x 20”

If you wish to print at a different ratio, please note that there might be some cropping within the image to fit.
