An artist programmer will make a 3D render (computer model) of the future product, after approval of which we will create your product. When buying jewelry, remember that it is made of soft metals. Before training in the gym, remove jewelry, do not carry heavy bags in your hands, and do not drop them on the marble floor. How long does delivery take?

Delivery time to destination: USA - from 7 to 21 working days, UK and EU - from 7 to 20 working days, Australia - from 14 to 21 working days. To other countries - 14-21 business days. Delivery via FedEx or DHL Express takes 3-10 business days. Contact me if you need a shipping estimate for other countries. Please check your shipping address before placing an order. Once the order has been shipped, I cannot change the shipping address. All costs associated with an incorrect address are borne by the customer. Please be aware of postal delays during any holidays!

How long does production take?

Each product from our store is assembled by hand, which means that we only make them to order! Production time takes 5-7 days. Carefully packaged and shipped to you.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Your parcel will be assigned a tracking number which you can track through the online tracking service.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We accept exchanges if you ordered and received the wrong ring size. In this case, buyers must contact us, return the ring, specify the correct ring size, and pay additional shipping costs. If you have received a ring or pendant and simply want to return it for a refund, then you need to contact us. Once we receive the item, a refund will be issued minus shipping and production costs (30% of the price). According to my store's policy, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: - Custom or personalized orders I am not responsible for third party services and do not pay for resizing on third party services. Item cannot be exchanged if it is damaged or altered.

Will the items I order be delivered gift wrapped?

We carefully and thoroughly pack all jewelry and send it in a branded box. If you have any special requests for packaging your order, please contact us.
