If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the item's price at the time of your order. For example, if the item in question is in a 10% off sale a week after your order, we do not refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.

Do you accept returns, and exchanges after delivery?

Please note, there are no refunds for digital items, as Etsy policies cite "no refunds for digital products". For Physical products, returns are cheerfully given, with a fair 14-day return window for physical products. Contact us through Etsy to request a return, and we will send you instructions on how to proceed.

Custom and personalized orders

For physical items that need to be shipped: all orders will be processed in our standard 2-3 business days (3-5 days during October, November, and December). If you need it SOONER, you can add expedited shipping at checkout, if it is available for your item it will be listed as a shipping option.

Physical products only: If I ordered multiple items at the same time, do you offer combined discounted shipping?

Suppose your item is not offered with FREE shipping. In that case, we apply combined shipping rates to lower shipping costs for all items ordered simultaneously in the same category. For example, two shirts, two sweatshirts going to the same shipping address. However, some items that are not alike, For example, a mug will ship separately from a t-shirt. We will inform you through Etsy messaging and keep you updated via Etsy messaging.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

You may contact us if your item is delayed, or you have yet to receive it; we will follow up. However, it becomes a shared responsibility once we hand your item to the shipping carrier. Etsy does not hold sellers responsible for lost packages. We encourage you to contact the carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages, as they are in the best position to help. Packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen—are all circumstances beyond our control. At our discretion, we may decide to replace the item. If you suspect mail theft, you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

Physical products only: Do you accept cancellations once an item is ordered?

We want your item to arrive as soon as possible, so most items are sent to production within hours of your order. However, we do cancel items when we can once you request it through Etsy messaging. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled. We will notify you if your item is canceled through Etsy messages.

What is your processing time once and order is placed.

Digital downloads are available as soon as Etsy receives payment. Usually within minutes. You can download them from the email link Etsy sends you or under the purchased items tab within your Etsy dashboard. If you checked out as a guest, follow the link in the email Etsy sent you after your purchase. All other physical items have a 5 -7 business day delivery window once the order is placed. If express shipping or processing is available for that item, it will be noted in that particular listing.

What are shipping costs for Items that when ordered ship separately and what items do ship separately?

If you order a 12″ × 12″ canvas and an enamel mug for shipping to Europe or the USA, the shipping costs for each item will be separate, as they are of different sizes, weights, and categories.
