I'm a first-time customer. How do I make a character commission?

To order a commission, simply message me or make a purchase from any of my active listings. All of my character portrait listings are essentially the same—feel free to choose whichever one appeals to you most! If my commission slots are closed, all listings will show as sold out or be temporarily taken down. As long as you can complete a purchase, I'm actively taking commissions. Once you purchase, I'll reach out within 24 hours to learn about your character(s). If it's the right fit, I'll gather details and get started. If not, I'll provide a full refund. Most customers are first-time commissioners. Check the reviews to understand my process. Reach out anytime with questions!

How will I receive my order?

If you are purchasing a Digital Portrait: I will send you a Drive link with your final portrait as a high-quality, upscaled PNG file. The images you receive will be in ultra-high quality, perfect for printing. If you are purchasing a physical Canvas Portrait or Canvas Add-on: Your canvas will be shipped approximately seven business days after I finalize your portrait. I'll provide you with tracked shipping information once it's shipped.

Can I have multiple characters in a single fantasy portrait?

Absolutely! When it comes to creating portraits for groups or D&D campaigns with multiple characters, I have a detailed approach to ensure each character receives the individual attention they deserve. I start by working on each character separately, creating two variations for each to provide you with options. After you've made your choices, I then bring the characters together into a single, cohesive scene, set against a specially designed background that enhances their collective story. For orders involving three or more characters, I'm pleased to offer a custom background as a complimentary addition.

Can I have my portrait printed as a physical canvas and shipped to me?

How long does it take to complete a commission?

The typical turnaround time for a commission is about 7 business days to provide you with a polished artwork to review. After you review and request revisions, I will take around 2~3 more days to make any necessary adjustments and finalize the portrait. Each character takes about a week to complete. For orders with multiple characters, please allow an additional week per character for completion.

Can I request revisions to my portrait?

Absolutely! Your satisfaction is important to me. After receiving the initial variations, you can request revisions to ensure the portrait meets your expectations. I will work with you to make necessary adjustments before finalizing the piece.

What is the process behind each portrait?

Every portrait starts with understanding your character. Whether you send detailed references or a quick message, I work with whatever you have. I use stable diffusion to create a rough foundational base for pose and composition. Then the real work begins. I spend hours hand-painting every detail. Facial features, expressions, scars, armor, weapons, clothing, lighting. These elements require artistic judgment and careful brushwork that no automated process can replicate. The manual process allows me to illustrate intricate details and nuances that Al cannot achieve, providing the highest quality artwork that brings your vision for your character to life.

Can I use the artwork commercially?

Yes, once the final portrait is completed, you have full rights to use the artwork in any commercial manner you see fit. I understand the importance of having complete freedom over your commissioned piece, whether it's for personal branding, merchandising, or any other commercial use. To ensure you're fully covered, I am more than willing to assist and sign any necessary documents that confirm your ownership and rights to the artwork.

Will my artwork be posted on your social media?

I reserve the right to share completed artwork on my social media platforms at my discretion. However, if your piece is for an unreleased book, project, or anything that might be sensitive or spoil a release, please let me know in advance so I can avoid posting it. If you prefer your artwork not to be shared on my socials for any reason, feel free to message me, and I’ll respect your request.
