We despatch within 2 working days.

We use Royal Mail for shipping our products. Please be aware that our standard shipping options, First Class (also known as 24) and Second Class (48), do not guarantee delivery times. Typically, First Class items are delivered within 1 to 3 working days, while Second Class takes between 3 to 7 working days. These services provide confirmation of dispatch but are not fully tracked.

For faster delivery, we recommend choosing Tracked 48 or Tracked 24 options. Both services offer full tracking and are prioritized by Royal Mail.

If you require next-day delivery, select our express option, Royal Mail Special Delivery, which guarantees delivery on the next working day.

It's important to choose your preferred shipping method before checking out, as we cannot change the order once it's finalized.

Please note, we do not issue refunds for orders that arrive later than expected. However, you're welcome to return the item for a full refund if you're not satisfied.

For estimated delivery times provided by eTSY, please remember these are based on algorithms and should be used as a guide only.

For international orders, we use Royal Mail Airmail, and all such orders are now sent with tracking. Delivery within Europe is aimed within 3 to 5 working days, and 5 to 7 working days for the rest of the world. However, these are not guaranteed time frames and can sometimes take longer, up to 5 weeks, especially during busy periods.
