PLEASE NOTE as we strictly do not resell used or returned jewelry, there will be a 30% reprocessing fee for returned jewelry. The 30% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

We will provide you instructions on mailing your package back to us at your expense. Refunds will only be made to the product less the 30% reprocessing fee, and not the shipping cost.
