To clean wool shoes or slippers, start by dusting off any dirt or debris with a clean rag or a soft brush. You can also use a vacuum to remove dust or dirt. For areas that may have stains or discoloration, use mild soap to wash them. Mix a mild solution of water and dish soap (or hand soap). Take a clean rag or cloth and dip it in the solution, then use the rag to dab the wool surface. Don’t submerge the wool or soak it in water. When you’re finished cleaning, use a clean dry cloth to dab any remaining moisture which will help the shoes or slippers dry faster. Always allow them to air dry, and avoid excessive heat. Brush to restore fibres.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items must have all labels/stickers attached, if the labels/stickers are removed or tampered with, you can no longer return the item/items. Shipping costs are not refundable. To start a return, please contact us.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like socks, gift boxes. Our outlet (faulty) products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (if applicable) or gift cards.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
