What is your refund policy?

All sales are final due to the nature of digital downloads. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for our products. However, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. To help with your decision, we provide lots of images and detailed descriptions of our products. Please review these carefully before making a purchase.

How do I access my purchase (downloads) & how long are they available?

To access your files, log into Etsy using a browser (not the app), go to Purchases and Reviews, and click Download Files next to your order. You'll receive a PDF with a link to your full download set. Open the PDF, click the link, and save the files to your device before printing. If you checked out as a guest, Etsy sends the download link to your email receipt (check spam/junk too). File too big? That’s why we use the linked PDF. PLEASE NOTE: You can only access and download your purchased digital file(s) on Etsy from a DESKTOP. Your digital downloads on Etsy are available indefinitely. You can download your purchased files as many times as you need, whenever you need them, from any device you own. Just log into your Etsy account.

Can I get a refund if I accidentally buy something twice?

Etsy allows digital items to be purchased more than once and doesn’t warn you if you’ve already bought them, or if an item is already part of a larger kit or bundle. If this happens, just message me through Etsy within 3 days of your order. As a one-time courtesy, I’ll send you a coupon code for the full amount of the duplicate item to use on a future Red Whimseys purchase.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT OR SIGN-UP TO GET MY FILES?

No. There’s no sign-up and no email needed. Your files are available right in Etsy under ‘Purchases & Reviews.’ Because many of my kits are larger than Etsy’s file upload limit, your download is a PDF with a download link to your files. Here’s how to get them: On a desktop browser, go to ‘Your Account’ → ‘Purchases & Reviews’ and click ‘Download Files’ next to your order. Open the PDF and click the DOWNLOAD LINK inside. When the page opens, click ‘Download’ to save your files to your computer. No account is needed. Your Etsy download stays available, so you can come back to it anytime. Questions? Just send me a message through Etsy.

PRINTING - IT CAN VARY

I don’t currently offer printing services. However, here are some suggestions to help you achieve the best results when printing my designs: For items like tags, covers, journaling cards use 65 lb (176 gsm) cardstock. It provides the perfect balance of thickness and durability. For journal pages and items that may add bulk quickly, I prefer 28 lb (105 gsm) paper. It’s lighter but still high-quality. You can print it at home or take it to your local print shop. BE AWARE COLORS AND PRINT QUALITY CAN VARY -Due to differences in monitor and printer calibrations, colors and print quality may appear different in print than on screen. The final print quality will depend on the type of printer and paper used.

What file types are included with your digital downloads?

As of July 2025, all of my digital downloads will include JPG and PDF formats to ensure compatibility with a variety of software and printing needs. For some products, SVG files are also included to make them easy to use with cutting machines. The specific file types included with each product are listed in the product description, so be sure to check there for details. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help!

What is the Whimsy Ledger and Who is it for?

The Whimsy Ledger is a curated printable collection designed for creative people who love junk journaling, paper crafting, and storytelling, but often feel overwhelmed trying to make everything feel cohesive and beautifully finished. Each edition brings together coordinated pages, ephemera, embellishments, and storytelling elements that work seamlessly together, helping you create artistic, story-rich journals without the stress of wondering where to begin or how to pull everything together. It’s designed for those who want inspiration, creativity, and confidence in their crafting process, not for anyone seeking instant perfection or a rigid, step-by-step system.

“Omg thank you so much to the seller for making this kit because this flower is my favorite flower and you do not see kits with this flower! You always see all the other flowers but not a Cala Lily!!! I absolutely love it, and I am definitely taking my time when making my journal with this one. The seller is awesome and amazing.”

👉HOW DO I PRINT?
You can print it at home or take it to your local print shop. Please be aware that color variations may arise due to monitor and printer settings differences. For optimal results print on slightly thicker paper or cardstock, as this minimizes rippling and bowing when adhesive is applied.

NOTE: The Folio Designs are designed to be printed double-sided on 200gsm or heavier cardstock, every element is beautiful—no need to fuss with matching edges!

👉A LITTLE ABOUT MY DESIGNS:
I design and incorporate elements that are generated by AI, which I then manually edit, alter, or adapt before using them in my junk journal and folio kits. All the design work is created by me.
