All items returned must be in new/unused condition. Prior to sending the package back, contact me for information on how to ship the item back. I'm not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. As it is custom to made,Not in a stock, I make our rings by hand per order. So if you cancel the order, or return the items, for me is a great loss. So Cancel the order or return the items unrelated to the quality of the item may be subject to a restocking fee of $80 or more, depending on the specific circumstance.
