Custom and personalized orders

We specialize in personalizing any of our products to fit your unique needs, even if it’s not listed in the product options. No request is too big or small! We often help customers by recreating designs from screenshots or adding logos to orders, even when the logo file isn’t available. We can sharpen blurry images, restore old photos, or tweak designs by adding or removing elements to make them just right. Whether you have a vague idea or detailed instructions, we’ll create something truly unique just for you. Creative design is our passion, and we take great joy in crafting custom products that are as special as our customers. Each order is made with care because, to us, you’re not just a customer—you’re family.

Our shop offers custom designed products, handmade items, and personalized gifts which are Not eligible for Refunds or Returns. As a Small Business, we we are not able to accept returns on these custom items. Our apologies. Customer service was fantastic. They edited a photo that I sent and made it better. While the puzzle comes assembled, I wish it came with a photo so that when it's taken apart, there is a reference for them to work from. Also, it comes in a plastic sleeve. I would have preferred a box for future use.
