This Pottery Coffee Mug was made according to ancient Ukrainian technology with the use of cow's milk. After the first Roasting, the mug is dipped into milk, then the mug goes through one more roasting and milk fills all pores and caramelizes, giving the glaze effect to the pottery.

It feels good in my hands and it looks good on the wall. I must add that, the handle could be a weak point. It seems a bit thin. I also must add that, every Ukrainian craft vendor I have dealt with (on esty) have produced quality products with good service and I wish, victorious peace, for the Ukraine!

The mug is fantastic. It is beautifully crafted and is exactly what i wanted. Unfortunately two mugs arrived with the handles broken and cracks in the mug. But they made it right very fast. If they make sure to secure the shipping and packaging in the future these mugs can be hand made heirloom pieces.
