What type of paper should you choose?

A textured, heavyweight matte paper or cardstock is an ideal and affordable option. You can also opt for printing on rolled or stretched canvas. For vintage art reproductions with an authentic finish, premium archival fine paper with a slight canvas or watercolor texture is the best choice. If the print shop offers it, you can request Giclee printing, a high-quality process that provides superior resolution and outcome.

Etsy App: Download Unavailable ⚠️ Unfortunately, the Etsy app does not allow the download of digital files. To download a digital file on your mobile device, you must access Etsy.com through a mobile browser like Safari or Chrome. You can also look for the automatic email sent by Etsy on your computer.

Tips for Correct Printing

Whether you print at home or at a print shop, always remember to uncheck the "FIT TO PRINTABLE AREA" option before printing your file. When visiting a print shop, make sure to tell the seller to deactivate this option. This way, the sheet will retain the exact size you want, and you won’t have to trim it to fit the frame, or worse, reprint it correctly. If the print design extends to the edges, activate the "BORDERLESS PRINTING" option, which you will generally find in the printer settings. Whether you are printing at home or using an online professional printing service, ensure that NO color correction is applied.

Custom Size Adjustment Service

❗ You are allowed to request one (1) size adjustment per listed item (for example, if you purchase a gallery set, I can provide only one size adjustment for one piece of artwork). The request must be made through Etsy messages. Please contact before making the purchase to verify that the size adjustment is possible. ❗🕒 Before making a request, first check the store's listing to know the current delivery times and ensure that there is no pause in accepting size adjustment requests. Does not include the creation or size adjustment of split panel sets.

You can use online ion printing services to adjust the size of your artwork yourself. After uploading a file with a ratio of (5x7 for the complete, uncropped artwork), you can easily edit and position the image to emphasize the area you want to print.

Digital File Download

To access your digital files from your account: Log in to Etsy.com via a web browser and go to Your Account. Go to Purchases and reviews. (etsy.com/your/purchases) Next to the order, select Download Files. This will take you to the Downloads page where all files attached to your order are located. ➤ For mobile devices, press the small gray arrow to the right of the order. This will take you to the Downloads page. Etsy will also send you an email to download your files. It should be from transaction@etsy.com ⚠️ Etsy App: You cannot download digital purchases from the Etsy app. To download a digital file on a mobile device, you must log in to Etsy.com in your browser.

Digital File Download as a Guest / Without an Etsy Account

If you made your purchase as a guest, you will find a link to download your purchase in the confirmation email that was automatically sent to you after the purchase. If you cannot find the email, check your Spam and Junk folders.
