What if my parcel gets lost or damaged.

What if my parcel gets lost or damaged? My responsibility for the package ends when I take it to the post office and give it into their care for delivery, I am not responsible for the post office, their delivery times or how they handle the mail, we are a separate entity & do not work together. It is a customers responsibility to choose the shipping method that suits them the most. I am in no way responsible for lost or damaged parcels, but I will do everything that is in my power to help you, should these scenarios arise. *Please be aware that if a parcel gets lost or damaged and is not insured you are not going to receive a refund.* if you would like to insure your package please message me.

My package say’s delivered but isn’t here.

All of our packages are tracked with GPS tracking. If the package is marked delivered you will not receive another package or get a refund. Once we have provided tracking and taken your items to the post our job has been fulfilled. Sadly we do get scammers trying to force us to send items that are marked delivered. If the Post Office has made a mistake please visit your local branch & ask them to track via GPS where your package is. If your package is lost Etsy has buyer protection, please inform them & they will help you.

If you give us an incorrect address or USPS can't deliver your package & return it

If you give us an incorrect address or USPS deem you package could not be delivered for any reason & we have already shipped your item you will have to re-purchase your order or if the item is returned to sender (us) we will inform you. Having a safe space available for your package to be delivered to by USPS is your responsibility. Only once we have the item returned to us will we be able to send it again but you will be responsible for additional shipping costs. USPS consider their job done even if they return the package to us, they will not re-ship an item unless postage is paid again.

My package is stuck in transit

Please contact USPS for an update as they can help you. Often if the package is shipped overseas it can take a while to clear customs which can cause delays.
