Custom and personalized orders

A custom order is the one that includes a personalization like your name, address, logo etc. Almost all of our items are made to order and can't be exchanged or returned.

The size of each item is mentioned in the description of each listing. However, the size of metal signs may vary a little bit because the design has to be cut through the metal sheet and the final product might have a slight variation in size.

Can I make change to my order/shipping address?

No, but make sure you correspond with us immediately. We process the order within 24 hrs. Once your order is processed and goes to the production unit we won't be able to make any changes to it. We also cannot ship Metal Signs Internationally, and to Alaska, Hawaii, GU or PR.

1) Contact ASAP and send us a photo of the damaged items through etsy messages. 2) Depending on how soon your event is, we might be able to send you a replacement. We will try our best to resolve the issue at the earliest and send a replacement. Kindly Note: If you leave a negative feedback without allowing us to fix the issue, we will not offer any solution and/or send replacements.

The tracking says the order is delivered and it hasn't been received.

You must check with everyone in the household as someone might have recieved it. We often heard of a package going to a neighbor mistakenly or being left at a different/side door. In our experience, the package is located. Most orders are shipped via UPS Mail Innovations where UPS does the first part and the final delivery by USPS. Contact the local post office, sometimes they also get in touch with the person who delivered it & recall where it is left. They can provide a GPS location to track the order. It’s best to do that soon after it’s marked as delivered. Please note if tracking info states an order is delivered but you haven't received it, we DO NOT take responsibility & reship that order. Any replacements would be at your expense.

What care should I take for signs?

Ensure that your sign is kept away from chlorine, saltwater pools, and any harsh chemicals. If your sign experiences any issues within the first 30 days after production, we offer replacements or refunds.
