Help! My stickers haven't arrived with my T-Shirt order?

Please don't panic! This is included in the item description but I appreciate many people miss this when checking out so not to worry! My T-Shirts and Tote bags are shipped directly from my supplier who is based in the USA :) Any prints or stickers are sent direct from me in the UK - for international customers this means they will arrive separately and often at varying time scales. If you have any concerns or questions please feel free to message me and I will get back to you ASAP :)

How long does it take for me to get stickers/prints if I'm outside the UK?

This varies hugely but in my recent experience international shipping can take anywhere from 7-14 days to Europe all the way to 4-6 weeks for customers based in the USA and elsewhere. They often arrive before then but there can be a delay which is unfortunately outside of my control. If you have any concerns about your order timescale to be delivered or any other questions please reach out to me to flag this so I can check what's going on :)

Why do you not have stickers/prints available all the time?

Due to various reasons I am only able to ship my stickers/prints during fixed time windows each month - I will add shop announcements to when the next restock will be and how long they will be available to order again. Some designs sell out very quickly so you can always sign up to notifications from my shop so you will be alerted when they are next back in or message me if you want more info!

I’m having difficulty accessing my digital files.

To access your digital files from your account: 1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. 2. Go to Purchases and reviews. 3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. ***Please note you are unable to download digital files via the Etsy App - if you wish to download your PDF to a mobile phone or tablet you will need to use your mobile browser and sign in to Etsy.com following the steps above to access your product.*** Etsy has a brilliant article which troubleshoots any issues with digital downloads which I’ve linked below. https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-gb/articles/115013328108?segment=shopping

Are your clothing items embroidered?

As stated in the listing description and photos - all apparel feature high definition prints of my hand embroidery designs. Due to the time taken to hand embroider each design (anywhere from 30-100+ hours) it's not possible for me to sell physically embroidered items at an accessible price point. Please check my reviews from customers with photos for examples of t-shirts received and the print quality - if you have any other questions please feel free to message me :)

US Sticker & Print Customers - Why is the shipping cost so high?

Due to recent changes to US import tariffs and shipping requirements, I’ve unfortunately had to increase my US prices by 20%. US orders must now be sent using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) postage. This means that any applicable tariffs, duties, and import processing costs are paid upfront by me, rather than being charged to you unexpectedly when your order arrives. As a result, postage to the US has increased from £3.50 to £10.50. It is an objectively painful postage price, but it does include tracked shipping as standard and means there should be no surprise customs charges at delivery. I completely understand that the increased cost may not work for everyone, but I wanted to keep US shipping available for anyone who would still like it.

Hello! I'm Emily (The Artful Possum) - I'm a hand embroidery artist and the original designer behind the All Panic No Disco Opossum. Due to popular demand I have modified my original hand embroidery piece and created a design suitable for t-shirts so everyone can have more opossums and raccoons in their lives!

This is for a cotton T-shirt with text reading "the vibes I bring to the function" with a PRINTED high definition photographic print of my original hand embroidery design of a circus raccoon. Text will be either white or black depending on colour of t-shirt chosen - please see photos for example prints.

- The Printing Process -

I am just the designer behind this piece so the printing and shipping of the t-shirts is done by a professional printing company. As this is a made to order item I am unable to accept returns. However in the unlikely event you experience any issues I would be more than happy to try and assist you in any way I can. Production time is estimated to be between 2-7 business days before your t-shirt will be shipped. As the T-Shirts are made to order by my supplier based in the USA - shipping cost and estimated delivery timelines will be increased for international customers outside of the USA. The shipping costs and processing speeds are set by my supplier and therefore unfortunately outside of my control. Please see below for estimates.
