What kind of guarantee do your leather products have?

We make our products to last. We guarantee our leather goods against any defects in workmanship and/or materials for the life of that product under normal day-to-day use. As long as your item does not take a swim, get sawed in half and is maintained property, we will do our best to repair or replace it if there are any issues.

Handcrafted Leather Goods & Variances in Leather

We are a husband-and-wife team who handcraft all our leather goods and acrylic templates in our studio just outside of Austin, Texas, USA. Our leather goods are made with full-grain leather and high-quality hardware. We have a passion for high-quality, beautiful leather goods, handcrafted to last. We also personally design all digital patterns, creating our files with the maker in mind. Leather is a natural material. Depending on the animal’s environment, bugs that may have bitten, or fences that might have left their mark, it is not uncommon for these to translate to the final tanned hide. This is the “story” of the leather, and we do our best to keep this story intact. Due to variations in the dyeing process, colors may differ slightly.

Custom and personalized orders

We can work with you to create personalized and custom orders. Please send us a message with the details, and we will be happy to discuss. Personalization options vary based on the item's material type and may include letter stamps, custom brass stamps, or laser engraving. We may be able to create variations to our current product offerings or create something new. For acrylic templates: Yes, we are available to create custom acrylic templates for fellow makers.
