What paper do we use for our prints?

We use a high quality matte or satin paper for all prints.

What does your packaging look like?

My printer service uses different packaging depending on the size of the poster as well as the country where the item is produced and shipped to. The standard packaging for prints is: -Triangular/rectangular boxes in the US, Canada and Brazil -Tube with shipping roll in the following countries: DK, DE, NO, CH, FR, UK, AU, SG, NL, BE, AT

Do you work with a printing supplier, partner?

I've partnered with Sensaria, a printing fulfillment company that prints all my art and ships it to you. They have a great reputation for quality and a longstanding track record for on time production.

Do I receive a tracking number when my print has shipped?

Yes, you receive a tracking number to the email you provided or by clicking on "Purchases" in the profile tab on your Esty account. You can follow your print as it leaves the fulfilment center and processes through the shipping facility. You will receive notice when your art has been delivered to the shipping address you provided.

I entered the wrong shipping address, what can I do?

Please message me as soon as possible. I sometimes have success changing the shipping address before your art leaves production. It is usually in the first 24 hours.

What happens if I don't pick up my package from the post office, or I'm not home when they deliver?

If you don't pick up your package from the post office, it is not actually returned to me - it returns to the printing facility and sadly, they dispose of it due to their own privacy policy. You typically have 7 days to pickup your packages from the post office. With a home delivery, the package typically does not have to be signed for. The carrier will leave at the address entered and notify you through tracking that your package has been delivered.

MATERIAL & HOW ITS MADE - High-end inkjet Canon iPF9400 printers are used with Canon 12-color Aqueous.

Printed on archival museum grade 210 gsm paper. (Nice Quality, Thicker Weight Poster Paper)

PRODUCTION starts within 1 hour and requires a couple days to complete.

HOW SHIPPING WORKS - Upon completion in production this print ships in 3 - 5 (Usually 4) business days. We will NOTIFY you as soon as it leaves the printing company. We ship all our orders tracked.  Prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and shipped in extra thick triangle box/tube. Up to 4 pieces per tube for smaller posters and up to 3 pieces per tube for large size posters.

 KINDLY NOTE:  - Colors on your screen may appear slightly different in print (due to different screen monitor calibrations)
