Free shipping in Canada is done via non-tracked Lettermail / Oversized Lettermail for small orders of embroidered patches, skadis accessories and other items which weigh less than 500gr. Those items shipped via Lettermail / Oversized Lettermail will be indicated in their respective descriptions. Please message us directly if you would like upgraded shipping which would include tracking.

Custom and personalised orders

There are no returns or refunds on custom and personalized orders. If you have problems with your order including arriving damaged, please message us so we can work with you.

Mock-ups & Digital Proofs

Digital proofs and mock-ups are provided when requested. Due to the significant volume of orders it is not feasible to provide a mock-up/proof on every custom order. Information within the Personalization section is transposed via cut/paste so please ensure the information is accurate when ordering.

HOW TO ORDER: Choose your fabric color and country & backing. The border color will match the fabric color. Enter your Amateur Radio Callsign to be embroidered in the "personalization" area along with the thread color. If no thread color is provided, we will default to "white" for the callsign.

The Hook & Loop backing will be black in color.

Our DEFAULT is to upper case characters when we make your name tag. Example, if you enter "Doe" we will send you a name tag that says "DOE". If you would like to have a combination of upper and lower case characters (McDonnell) please be sure to indicate this in a message to us so we can ensure your order is correct.

As these nametags are custom made when you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days for custom embroidery production time IN addition to shipping time.
