I can absolutely do custom orders, please feel free to message for availability. I will highly recommend to order 2 weeks in advance.

How long the cookies stay fresh?

We do not add any preservatives in our cookies they are made from scratch in my home kitchen, cookies last up to 3 weeks. I will recommend to eat them 2 weeks after you received them. You can also consider to freeze them if you will not eat them in the next 2 weeks.

1. All my cookies are soft bite but not too soft for them to break during transit. Handle them with care once you received them. My cookies stay fresh for up to 3 weeks just make sure they are in a room temperature room. Cookies are fragile because they are soft bite just make sure you do not press them hard when you handle them.

Freezing Instructions

Freezing custom sugar cookies is a great way to preserve their freshness for later enjoyment! Here are detailed instructions for freezing and thawing your custom sugar cookies: 1.Place the cookies in an airtight container or resealable freezer bag. If using a bag, try to remove as much air as possible to prevent freezer burn. Keep them in their cellophane bags. 2. Place the container or bag in the freezer. Sugar cookies can typically be frozen for up to 3 months without losing quality.

If shipping delay occur, can I ask for refund?

I always make sure all my orders are shipped on time, however, after I send the packages to shipping carrier, it is 100% out of my control. Please understand, I have no control over USPS. As a small business owner, I don't take responsibility for shipping delays or errors. I don't issue refund for this reason.

When will my order be shipped?

If your event day falls on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) I will ship your cookies on Monday of the same week. You can expect your cookies to arrive 2-3 days before you event. Contact me if you need your cookies to arrive on a specific date. If you are worry about any delays caused by USPS just let me know and I can ship them 2 days earlier or a week earlier, they will still taste fresh.

How can I make sure my cookies do not brake during transit?

Unfortunately, I can not 100% guaranteed they won't broken during the transit. However I always make sure each cookie is safely packaged. All my cookies will be packed in heated sealed bag individually with bubble wrap in multiple layers. The shipping box will also be lined and filled with bubble wraps. I take extremely care of my cookies for them to arrive intact! Once the cookies are shipped with USPS, it is out of my control unfortunately. Most of my customers get their cookies in perfect condition. If your cookies are broken when delivered, please contacts me!

After receiving the cookies, how can I storage them?

Once you received your cookies, keep them in a cool dark spot like a cabinet or cupboard. Storing your cookies near any light source can fade or ruin the colors. Keep them away from humidity, don't take them out of their heat sealed bags until they are ready to serve.
