✂️ Our virtually weightless, handmade toppers are machine embroidered, hand processed and hand cut here in the USA.

✨ Our badge toppers are stitched on what we believe is the highest quality vinyl available. There are many types of vinyl used in our shop, you can see exactly what your chosen topper(s) are stitched on in the Materials section of the Item Details.

📏 The standard size of our badge toppers commonly range between 1.75" - 2", if larger than 2" it is noted in the photos in the product listing. If you would like exact measurements, please don't hesitate to reach out via Etsy messaging.

📌 The badge reels we use are outsourced by one of the highest quality, industry standard badge reel companies in the US. Every badge reel is quality tested by us, in our home office before your order is assembled.

📫 Here at STS, we understand that there can be sudden defects in badge reels, or that life simply happens. We happily offer a 3-month warranty on all our badge reels. Should any of your reel mechanisms break within 3 months of your package being marked as delivered, please message the shop via Etsy with a photo of your broken reel so we can send a replacement to you. (Find more information regarding our warranty in the Shop Policy FAQ's)

Non-Retractable Badge Reel
• Black only
• Surface imprint: 1” diameter
• Rear swivel clip
• Vinyl strap with no retraction
• Ideal for those who don’t need to remove ID cards for swiping or cannot use a badge reel with a retractable cord for safety reasons.
• Permanent Option: some embroidered toppers may be positioned differently on the surface imprint to prevent bending of the topper.

Heavy Duty Badge Reel with Steel Cable Cord
• Available only as a belt clip
