Can I order a different amount or more than what is available?

Yes, if you need a different amount of something, or more than what is shown as available, just let us know!

When will my order be shipped?

All of our items have a processing timeframe listed in their description. Note that these timeframes do not include shipping time, which varies, but is often 3-5 days for standard shipping. You will have the chance to upgrade your shipping method at checkout. These upgrades refer to shipping times and do not necessarily affect processing time. If you need an item to be shipped sooner than what is stated in the listing, just ask- we may be able to expedite your processing time! If it is important that you receive your order by a date that is less than 10 business days from the date of purchase, let us know so that we can work with you to ensure timely delivery! What are the shipping options? Is insurance included?

The default shipping option for each item is listed in the item description: Standard Shipping: expected- but not guaranteed- to arrive 3-5 days after shipment. Does not include insurance. Priority Mail Shipping: expected- but not guaranteed- to arrive 2-3 days after shipment. Insured up to $100. Guaranteed Express Overnight: guaranteed to arrive the day after shipment. Insured up to $100. Shipping costs will be refunded if the package is not delivered by the guaranteed delivery date. (Please note that this guarantee is extended by USPS and does not refund the cost of the item.) You can upgrade your shipping at checkout, or ask us before ordering. If you would like to add or increase an insurance value, let us know!

Proofs and Samples for Personalized Items

In order to provide the fastest possible service, we do not send a proof photo of items with name personalization unless one is requested. We will print the name as it appears on your order. (For certain more custom or highly personalized items, we do send a proof and require approval before shipping your order. If this is necessary for a particular item it will be stated in the item description.) For name personalized cake toppers, banners, etc. we are always happy to send a proof photo before completing the item. Just let us know when you place your order that you would like a proof! Please understand that this may add to the processing time for the item, as we will have to wait for your approval before finalizing the order

Graduation Cap Topper Size/Color Information

Our toppers and decals are sized to fit most caps, with default measurements of 9.4"x9.4" and a button hole of 5/8". The default background color is listed in the item description. We are always happy to use custom colors or measurements, just let us know!

This topper features a hand-painted design, custom hand-lettered with your text. The design is then PRINTED onto heavy stock with a precut button hole.

WHAT CAN BE CUSTOMIZED:

FORMAT:
This is a PRINTED Design. This design will be personalized with your custom text and PRINTED onto heavy 9.4” stock with your choice of either a soft matte finish or soft sparkle finish.

HOW TO ORDER:
1. Review TOPPER DETAILS. If you need a different size, let us know in the "notes" section of your order.
2. Select your Finish, either Matte or Sparkle.
3. In the personalization box, enter your personalized text.
4. SEND US YOUR PHOTOS through Etsy Messages!
5. We will send you a proof of your design. Be sure to review this carefully and ensure that all spelling, punctuation, etc. is correct, and send us your approval or any necessary changes. WE WILL WAIT FOR YOUR APPROVAL BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR TOPPER.
6. Once your proof is approved your topper will be shipped!

TOPPER DETAILS:
-This is a hand-painted, hand-lettered design that has been PRINTED onto heavy matte or sparkle stock
-The default Text Color is WHITE. Other colors may be used upon request.
-Measures 9.4" square. Button hole measures 3/4". If you need a different size just let us know!
**Note: THIS IS A FLAT TOPPER, MEANT TO BE ATTACHED TO YOUR OWN GRADUATION CAP.**

TO ATTACH YOUR TOPPER TO YOUR CAP:
We provide adhesive dots that stick well on most caps and make it easy to apply your topper! If you prefer, toppers may also be attached with any other strong adhesive. Super glue and hot glue are both good adhesives! (On many caps, the center button can be unscrewed or pulled off and later pushed back into place. This may make it easier to align your topper!)

We are able to ship your item within 5-10 business days. However, this item requires your approval, so the processing time may be extended while we wait for final approval, make requested adjustments, etc.

This item is shipped with Free Standard 3-7 Day Shipping, unless an upgrade is selected.
